Reimagining the Sainsbury’s home baking experience that helps to build a long-lasting relationship with their customers  

In 2012, Sainsbury’s, one of the top UK retailers, contacted RCA in search of a cohesive service system to redefine the customer experience of their baking products. Our team designed ‘Inspired Baking’, a relaunch of the Sainsbury’s baking products experience that aims to create a community of passionate bakers loyal to the brand. It aims to motivate and educate customers, remove

substantial restrictions and misconceptions about baking, and establish Sainsbury’s as the leading retailer for home baking. The project was so successful that it went further to the Sainsbury’s operation board, including the CEO, and they even offered implementation projects. Due to the success of this project, Sainsbury's-RCA collaboration has become a regular until now.
